Nandhiswaran Chartered accountant

K.Nandhiswaran aged 44 years, is a Chartered Accountant in whole time practice for over a decade, having obtained the Certificate of Practice in August 1998 and fellowship in August 2003. He obtained First class with distinction in Degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vivekananda College, Madras. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London, UK, having obtained distinction in corporate laws.

He has also obtained Diploma in Information Systems Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi DISA (ICA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), from ISACA, USA with a Score of 81%, Silver Medalist securing III Rank in the ISACA Chennai Chapter, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), from ISC2, USA, and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), from ACFE, USA.

He did his Articles with M/s N Viswanathan & Co, Chennai and started his career in employment as a Management trainee in M/s SPIC Electronic and System Ltd, Chennai during 1992 to 1994, as a Company Secretary and Finance Manager with Ms Abirami Financial Services (India) Limited, Chennai during 1994 to 1996, Company Secretary with Meta films (India) Limited during 1996 to 1997. From August 1998, he is in Continuous practice as a Chartered Accountant till date.

He is empanelled with Public Sector Bank Empanelment of the Reserve Bank of India and had audited and signed the financial statements of 16 branches of Nationalized Banks from 2001 to 2010.
